Portfolio - Based in Writing Assessment: Students’ Perception and Its Impacts on Their Writing Performance

چکیده

This experimental research investigated the impacts of portfolio - based assessment on non -English majored students’ perception and their writing performance. The participants included seventy students at Kien Giang University, who were divided into two groups including group control with without intervention – in writing. instrument consists tests (a pre test a post test) to measure performance, questionnaire interview towards implementation classrooms. results pointed out that experiment had significant improvement also improved however, was less than group's. Finally, suggested pedagogical implications are hoped contribute innovation method teaching context University.
